Northern Lighthouse Board HQ Roof Works

This project primarily involves the replacement the existing roof slates, underslating felt, zinc and lead flashings, dormer leadwork, repairs to timber facias and sills to one of the dormer windows, and painting of all the timber framed windows. The existing roof coverings are estimated to be ~60 years old and in need of replacement to ensure the building is kept watertight, avoiding potential for expensive and inconvenient repairs for water ingress damage.
